Half of my third squares for the Rowan Mystery Afghan KAL are now done. I think the variegated yarn looks okay with this simple lace pattern so I haven't altered it except to drop one of the lace repeats as the square was knitting up to be far larger than my other ones. I forgot how much fair isle/intarsia can pull the stitches in, so I will probably have to go down a needle size or two for future squares. It's quite nice to have a few solid blocks of colour in the mix as well; the blanket is going to be busy enough as it is!
